Basic Coaching

Beginner-friendly training, with maximum flexibility.

Whether you’re new to running or getting back into it, we help you train safely and with confidence. You’ll receive a personalized monthly training plan tailored to your goals, with clear guidance and expert feedback from your coach. We track your progress in the Final Surge app, so your coach is always there to support and adjust when needed. Suitable for all distances and levels. Choose Basic Coaching if you enjoy training independently with expert guidance.

Pro Coaching

Advanced coaching for runners ready to perform at their best.


Train with a personalized bi-weekly training plan built around your goals, fitness, and race calendar. Get in-depth training analysis and continuous progress monitoring through the Final Surge app, plus a monthly video call to fine-tune your approach. Your coaching includes race fueling and strength training plans, with direct access to your coachfor ongoing feedback and adjustments. Designed for performance-driven runners across all distances.

Premium Coaching

Elite-level coaching for experienced runners who want to maximize performance.


Train with a fully personalized weekly training plan tailored to your goals, race schedule, and recovery needs. Get in-depth training analysis and continuous progress monitoring through Final Surge, supported by two monthly video calls to refine your strategy. Your coaching includes race fueling and strength training plans, with direct access to your coach for ongoing guidance and adjustments. Suitable for all distances, and includes full access to all our runs and social events combining high-level performance with a strong training community.

Join coached weekly interval sessions (Thursday 18:30 at ASV Arsenal track) and follow a personalized monthly training plan tailored to any distance or goal. Get direct access to your coach, stay connected through our supportive WhatsApp community, and receive guidance on nutrition, fueling, and strength training. Enjoy free bi-weekly social long runs, monthly social events, and 50% off a branded club shirt or singlet after 3 months. Race, train and achieve together.

One-on-one session

A focused one-on-one session to refine your running technique.


Work directly with a coach to analyze your running form, discuss your goals and questions, and identify clear areas for improvement. You’ll receive personalized running drills and strength training advice tailored specifically to your movement and technique, giving you practical tools to run more efficiently, confidently, and injury-free.

Run clinics for groups

We’ll design a custom running experience that matches your team’s level and goals, combining fun running drills, strength and mobility exercises, and engaging team-building activities. Meet Our Coaches

We're a team of five passionate running coaches - Elwin, Remy, Pim, Marlies and Sibren, Each of us brings years of personal running experience and professional backgrounds in sports science, but more importantly, we share a love for helping athletes grow. 

Wether you're chasing a marathon PR, training for your first 10km, building towards a long-course triathlon or fine-tuning the final 1% on your 5 or 10km, we know the mindset and challenges. Our coaching is built on proven methods, open and direct communication and a personal approach. We're here to guide you with clear strategies and steady support, no shortcuts, just a thoughtful path toward your goals, always with your progress and enjoyment at heart.

Marlies 

Marlies has a master in Human Movement Scientist and is our triathlon expert. Running is becoming her favorite discipline, evidenced by a 19:34 5k PB and a hunger for more. Her two half Ironmans show she’s unafraid of longer distances. She also offers strength training to help prevent injuries. Also locally famous for her Latte art!

Elwin

Elwin is an experienced (12 years +) middle-distance runner who loves chasing PB's in the 800m and 1500m - and mixing this occasional road race up to 21k for fun. With his experience, he can craft creative training plans tailored to each athlete’s goals (with strength workouts included). Elwin loves traveling, and nature while he is running.

Remy

Remy just finished the AALO coaching program for runners. From early age he enjoyed competitive (endurance) sports like swimming, (crit)cycling and these days mostly running. Currently training for a sub 2:50 full marathon in 2026. With a 1500 vinyl record collection Remy can make you the perfect running playlist.

Pim

Pim ran her first marathon in 2021 and instantly fell in love with this magical distance. After joining the local track club Phanos, she learned to train smarter and cut 45 minutes of her PB. With a current PB of 3:14 and very excited to share her marathon journey with others. Pim can talk hours about how to pace, fuel and never forget to smile during the madness of a marathon.

Sibren

Sibren is an elite runner from the Netherlands. Last year he spent most months in the high-altitude heartland of Iten, Kenya. Pushing his limits and training alongside the world's best. In just five years he transformed from a 'hobby' skater to a runner clocking 1:06:42 in the half and 2:24 in the full marathon. If you're passionate about running and chasing greatness Sibren is your guy.
